Cancellation Policy 🌹
Due to recent occasions where we have unfortunately have had a rise of clients not showing to their appointments, we have had no other choice other than to implement a cancellation policy to ensure that we are not creating a large loss when clients do not show to their appointments, or cancel within such little time, as you can appreciate we have overheads, staff wages and many other out goings we need to cover.
Deposits are non negotiable for all appointments, your appointment will not be uploaded onto our system until we receive the deposit.
If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours or do not show to your appointment you will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.
Deposits are all 25% of the appointment cost and are all NON refundable.
We completely understand that unpreventable occasions may occur and in this case, we expect you to be 100% honest with us about your situation so we can deter the charge.
